TOOL DESIGN DEPARTMENT WITH 3D MODELLING SYSTEMS

For your satisfaction, any doubt is clarified during the design phase so that nothing will be overlooked. The client is assisted in the design and development phases according to his the requests, always ensuring him the best price, production time and maintenance of the die. The several development phases are aimed at improving steadily the die quality, in this way we are able to provide a long-lasting die.

DIE-SINK AND WIRE-CUT EDM DEPARTMENTS / HIGH PRECISION GRINDING DEPARTMENT

MILLING 3 AND 5 AXES

Up to 5 axes milling, precise and fast thanks to the integrated pallet exchange system. STAMPITALIA performs machining with 3 and 5 axis machines on metal and non-metal material.

In particular, we perform CNC milling operations on aluminum, tempered and non-tempered steel, plastic, brass, bronze, titanium and other alloys, we produce any kind of mechanical component, complex, where a high level of precision is required. We have implemented the process with HYPERMILL CAM system, which allows us to optimise tool paths and processing strategies, with significant time/cost savings.

DIE ASSEMBLY AND MAINTENANCE DEPARTMENT

BLANKING DEPARTMENT

The ability to produce high precision and quality prototypes in a very short time has always been an added value for all our customers operating in the field of blanking or mass production.

To complete the offer, Stampitalia is able to face mass production thanks to many years of experience and know-how in the design and manufacture of moulds for deformation and blanking in different sectors. From prototype to mass production, the customer service is complete.

STAMPITALIA features: :

• 2 Bruderer 60-ton presses with 4 columns capable of working up to 750 rpm, working table 750 x 550 mm, equipped with mechanical feeder, reel and band straightening calender.

• 1 Bulcom 100-ton swan-neck press with a capacity of 70 rpm, work surface 1000 x 500 mm and equipped with pneumatic feeder and reel.
